Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

How to Return Items

Initiate Return

Log into your account and go to "Order History" or contact our customer service team. Select the items you want to return and choose your reason.

Print Return Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it out and attach it to your package. For orders over ₹999, return shipping is free!

Package & Ship

Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible. Drop off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and process your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy! Follow the same return process and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible and don't miss out on availability.

Refund Information

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Partial Refunds

Items returned without original packaging, with missing tags, or showing signs of wear may be subject to a partial refund or may not be eligible for return.
